Privacy Policy
wiTRY Limited · Last updated 2026-05-26
This Privacy Policy explains how wiTRY Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit brix.money. We are committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the British Virgin Islands Data Protection Act, 2021 (“BVI DPA”), which mirrors GDPR standards. Please read it alongside the choices available to you in our cookie banner and on the privacy preferences page.
Who We Are
Controller: wiTRY Limited, Craigmuir Chambers, PO Box 71, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands. Corporate Registration Number: 2190086. Email: admin@wiTRY.network. We act as the data controller for all personal data collected via this website.
What Information Is Collected?
We do not operate a waitlist, user account, or contact form, and we do not ask you to submit personal information directly. With your consent, we automatically collect the following when you use the site:
- Approximate location and network information derived from your IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device information
- Website usage analytics (page views, clicks, scroll position, and similar interactions)
- Session recordings of your interaction with the site, with form inputs masked by default
- The wallet address you enter into the wiTRY Calculator — captured only after it passes validation; we do not store partial or invalid input
- Inputs you submit to the USD Simulator on the dashboard (the entry date and amount you choose), together with the projected value we display
- Unhandled JavaScript errors and performance metrics (e.g. page load timings), to diagnose site issues
With your consent, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site and improve their experience. All event data is processed and stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) via PostHog Cloud EU.
Separately, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard request data — such as your IP address, browser, the page requested, and timing — to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. This applies to all visitors on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site, independently of the analytics consent above.
When you use the wiTRY Calculator, the wallet address you submit is sent to public blockchain node providers (RPC endpoints) to read your on-chain balance. This is necessary to provide that feature and happens whenever you run a lookup, regardless of your analytics choice.
brix.money is intended for adults evaluating a financial product. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
How Is the Information Collected?
We collect this information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site and use its interactive features (such as the wiTRY Calculator and the USD Simulator). We may use third-party technologies to collect information such as device type, IP address, approximate geographic location, operating system, browser type, content viewed, and features accessed on our website.
How Is the Information Used?
- To analyze website performance and improve user experience
- To operate and improve the interactive tools on the site
- To comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations
- To protect the website from fraud or malicious activity
- Exercising or defending any legal rights
- Looking into any complaints or queries
How the Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Our analytics provider (PostHog), which processes and stores event data within the European Union
- Our hosting provider (Vercel), whose origin infrastructure for this site is located in Frankfurt, Germany (region fra1)
- Public blockchain node providers (RPC endpoints), used to read on-chain balances when you use the wiTRY Calculator
- Regulators or law enforcement, where required by law
All third-party processors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations compliant with GDPR and the BVI DPA. Where data is processed outside the European Union, it is subject to appropriate safeguards — for example, our hosting provider Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Data Retention & Security

You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
